When your roof has reached the end of its useful life, a full replacement is the most cost-effective long-term solution. JACK Contracting installs complete roof systems for residential homes, from the decking up through the final ridge cap, using quality materials backed by manufacturer warranties. We handle every step of the process so you have a single point of contact from the estimate through the final inspection.
The replacement process begins with a full inspection of your existing roof system. We evaluate the decking for rot or structural weakness, assess the condition of the underlayment and ventilation, and document everything so you have a complete picture of the work involved. Once the scope is confirmed and approved, our crew handles the full tear-off, disposal, and installation without subcontracting any portion of the job.

Personal Touch We believe homeowners deserve clear communication and honest guidance, so you always understand the process and feel confident in the work being done.
Financing & Claims Assistance Choosing the right roofing material is one of the most important parts of any replacement project. JACK Contracting installs architectural shingles, three-tab shingles, and designer products from leading manufacturers, each offering different profiles of durability, aesthetics, and cost. We walk you through the options in plain language so you can make a confident decision without feeling overwhelmed.
Architectural shingles are the most popular choice for residential roofs due to their layered appearance, longer lifespan, and strong wind resistance ratings. Designer options offer premium curb appeal and enhanced performance for homeowners who want the best combination of both. Whatever product you choose, we ensure it is installed to manufacturer specifications so your warranty coverage is fully protected from day one.
Quick conversation to understand your needs, answer questions, and schedule an on-site visit.

A roof replacement is a major project, and we make sure the process is as smooth and predictable as possible from start to finish. Before work begins, we confirm the full scope of the project, the materials being installed, the timeline, and the total cost in writing. There are no surprises, no change orders for work that was already foreseeable, and no vague estimates that balloon once the job is underway.
On installation day, our crew arrives on time, protects your landscaping and exterior surfaces, and completes the tear-off and installation with the efficiency that comes from doing this work every day. We inspect the decking as it is exposed, address any damaged sections, and install proper ice and water shield, underlayment, and flashing before a single shingle goes down. At the end of the job we conduct a thorough cleanup of the property and walk you through the completed work before we leave.
The lifespan of a new roof depends on the material chosen and the quality of the installation. Architectural shingles typically last 25 to 30 years under normal conditions. Proper ventilation, regular maintenance, and quality underlayment all contribute to reaching or exceeding that range.
